The working principle of tubular microfiltration equipment is based on microporous filtration technology. The fluid flows through the filter tube under pressure, and impurities larger than the pore size of the filter tube are retained on the surface of the filter tube, while small molecules pass through the filter tube to become permeate, thus achieving separation and purification.

Working principle:
The core of the tubular microfiltration equipment is the microporous filter membrane, whose pore size is usually between 0.1-10 microns. Using the screening principle of the membrane, when the liquid passes through the microfiltration membrane driven by the pressure difference, the particles or molecules larger than the membrane pore size will be retained on the membrane surface to form a filter cake or adsorption layer, while the particles or molecules smaller than the membrane pore size will pass through the membrane pore smoothly to achieve separation. In addition, the filtration mechanism also includes mechanical interception, adsorption interception and bridging interception.

Operation mode:
Internal pressure type:

The solution to be treated is injected through one end of the tubular microfiltration membrane, and the solution is driven through the membrane pore size by internal pressure to achieve the purpose of separation. It is suitable for small flow and high precision requirements.

External pressure type:

A certain pressure is applied to the outside of the tubular microfiltration membrane to make the solution separate through the membrane pore size. It is suitable for large flow and faster requirements.

Core components:
Microporous filter membrane:

Generally made of ultra-high molecular polymer, it has good chemical stability and mechanical strength, and can withstand a certain range of acid and alkali environments and pressures. For example, the PVDF membrane of POREX tubular microfiltration membrane can be cross-linked with the inner wall of the PVDF support tube or embedded in the inner wall of the PE support tube, forming a strong bond with the support tube, so that the membrane tube can work under higher operating pressure and backwash pressure, and obtain extremely high solid removal efficiency and membrane flux.

Simple chemical cleaning:

When the membrane is seriously contaminated, it can be cleaned with low-concentration diluted sulfuric acid or sodium hypochlorite and other conventional chemical agents. After cleaning, the flux can be restored immediately, with less drug usage and low cost.

Simple equipment integration:
